Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, purchase orders, and checks. Please make your payment based on our invoice. Payment is due within 30 days.

Backorders

From time to time, there are out-of-stock titles either due to increased consumer demand or publisher printing timelines. When you order a title that is currently out-of-stock, AKJ Books will automatically place a back-order for you unless otherwise specified. The backordered item(s) will be shipped within 60 days of the initial shipment. Titles not available after 60 days will be cancelled. Your packing list included with your shipment will indicate the status of the back ordered, out-of-stock, and cancelled titles.

Returns Policy

Books purchased from our regular stock may be returned for full credit against future purchases for up to 12 months. Special order returns vary – call us for information. All books returned must:

• Be in clean, uncirculated, resalable condition
• Include a copy of our original invoice to insure proper credit
